Ambrosial Launches "The Chef's Yogurt" Documentary Series Featuring Five World-Renowned Female Chefs

Ambrosial's documentary series "The Chef's Yogurt" pairs five acclaimed female chefs with its whole blueberry yogurt, each creating a distinct recipe.
Ambrosial (安慕希), the Chinese yogurt brand, has released a documentary series titled "The Chef's Yogurt," in which five internationally recognized female chefs each create an original dish using Ambrosial's whole blueberry yogurt. The series is accompanied by a user-generated content campaign on Little Red Book (小红书).
Each episode spotlights a different chef and culinary approach. Tam Chee Man (谭绮文), named Asia's Best Female Chef in 2021, focuses on fruit-to-yogurt ratios in parfait construction. A Michelin two-star chef based in Bangkok named Tam builds a three-layer pudding that foregrounds fermentation balance. Chen Jie (陈婕), a Global Chef Award winner, blends yogurt with rice wine to produce cocktails. A Michelin three-star pastry chef named Dona churns the yogurt into ice cream with a blueberry purée base. Swiss chef Michaela rounds out the series with savory-sweet pancakes incorporating yogurt. Every episode closes with full recipes designed for home recreation.
Alongside the documentary, Ambrosial launched the "Ambrosial Yogurt Food Master Challenge" on Little Red Book, drawing in users from food, baking, and dessert communities as well as celebrity chefs from cooking shows. The pairing of premium editorial content with a participatory platform challenge reflects a common playbook in China's food and beverage sector: credibility established through professional talent, then amplified through community creation on a platform whose audiences skew toward food-interested, recipe-seeking consumers.
