Move our audience from where it is to where it converts.

You will work with real audience scale from day one.

What you'll do

• Build landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences
• Run launch windows and time-limited offers end to end
• Write the copy yourself — most of it
• Set up and maintain tracking and attribution across channels
• Report results accurately, including when a test fails
• Test referral and viral mechanics across our channels

What we're looking for

• Strong copywriting in English — this matters more than tool familiarity
• Hands-on experience with email platforms, landing page builders, and analytics
• A record of running tests and acting on what they showed
• Ability to ship without waiting for a designer or a developer

Nice to have

• Experience with creator businesses, newsletters, or paid communities
• Chinese language ability
