Application Privacy Notice

When you apply, we store the information you submit and your CV so we can consider you for the role you applied to and for future openings.

We keep applications for up to 12 months. After that, we remove personal details — name, contact information, CV — and retain only anonymised statistics about applicant backgrounds, which cannot be linked to you.

We do not share your application with anyone, other than the service providers we use to run our systems. We never ask for your salary history.
