Timberland and Jacquemus Launch Crocodile-Embossed Boat Shoe in Two Colorways

Timberland and Jacquemus have co-designed a crocodile-embossed Authentic Boat Shoe in brown and navy blue, launching October 18, 2026.
Timberland and French fashion house Jacquemus have launched a co-branded Authentic Boat Shoe, available in two colorways — brown and navy blue. The shoe is scheduled for release on October 18, 2026.
The design reinterprets Timberland's classic three-eyelet boat shoe using crocodile-embossed leather on the upper, adding textured detail while preserving the silhouette's original structure. Construction includes a rough rubber lug outsole, soft leather lining, padded collar, and a leather insole. Lace ends carry brand identifications from both labels, marking the collaboration visually at the detail level.
The pairing places a heritage American outdoor footwear brand alongside a label known for elevated, image-driven ready-to-wear, a combination that has become a recognisable mode in the luxury-casual crossover space. The GAP and A.P.C. collaborative collection, covered in our recent reporting, worked a comparable American-meets-French axis, though in apparel rather than footwear.
