Hangzhou's Tiantianli Mall Hosts Four-Day "What Shift You Work" Festival With Xiaohongshu Creator Xiaoshu
Tiantianli mall in Hangzhou runs a four-day anti-office-culture festival with Xiaohongshu creator Xiaoshu from September 3 to 6, 2026.
Tiantianli (杭州天目里), the Hangzhou lifestyle complex, is staging the second edition of its "What Shift You Work" (上什么班) life festival in partnership with Xiaohongshu creator Xiaoshu (笑薯), running from September 3 to September 6, 2026, on the outdoor plaza of the mall's first floor.
The four-day event is organised around six main sections. "Rescue the Office Vibe Market" (拯救班味市集) brings together food, drink, outfit and stress-relief vendors. The "Most Useless Skills Competition" (最废技能大赛) invites attendees to display talents that would never appear on a résumé. A "Workplace Outfit Contest" (职场穿搭小赛) focuses on office dressing. "City Work Land — Workers' Playground" (City Work Land 打工人乐园) recreates four classic workplace scenarios through interactive installations. "Clocking Off Interactions" (淡班互动) offers a workplace MBTI test and a gossip-style tea-room experience. The schedule closes each evening with an "After-Work Party" (下班派对).
The event's theme — "What shift you work, you decide" (上什么班，你说了算) — positions the festival as a rebuttal to conventional office culture, channelling the language and humour of China's broad "打工人" (wage-worker) internet identity.
The collaboration marks the second iteration of the format, indicating the concept performed well enough at its first outing to warrant a scaled return with a named Xiaohongshu content partner attached.
